Acceptance

By accessing or using TuningImg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, free users, and Pro subscribers.

Service Description

TuningImg provides browser-based image processing tools, including resize, compress, convert, watermark, EXIF editing, batch downloads, and related utilities. The service is designed as a client-side tool, and image processing happens locally in your browser.

User Content

You own the images and files you choose to use with TuningImg. We do not claim ownership of your content. TuningImg does not store, transmit, or process your images on our servers; all image processing is performed locally in your browser. You are responsible for making backups and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to process any content you use.

Acceptable Use

You may not use TuningImg to create, process, or distribute illegal content, malware, material that violates third-party rights, or content that otherwise violates applicable law. You may not abuse, overload, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass technical limits or security measures of the service.

Intellectual Property

TuningImg branding, code, design, text, interface elements, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or business image processing.

Subscription

Pro subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly via PayPal until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have a 14-day cooling off period. Even if the service has started, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Definition of Unlimited

When TuningImg describes a Pro feature as unlimited, it means there is no artificial monthly cap on the number of batches you may process. This remains subject to technical and interface limits, including the per-batch limit shown in the interface of up to 50 files and 20MB per file.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TuningImg is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, compatibility, quality, or preservation of metadata or visual output for every file.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuningImg and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill. Because files are processed locally in your browser, you are responsible for your own files, backups, exports, and results.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TuningImg if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using TuningImg at any time, and you may cancel a Pro subscription anytime through the available subscription management flow.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

DMCA Copyright

If you believe content associated with TuningImg infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] with the relevant details. TuningImg does not host user images, and images processed through the tool remain local to each user's browser.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TuningImg after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
